SHIPPING/DELIVERY INFO: All orders are $8.95 plus insurance within the continental U.S. via USPS. Ground deliveries generally take 3-8 business days.

For NEXT BUSINESS DAY AIR SERVICE (continental U.S): Please select USPS as the carrier. A flat rate shipping charge of $38 will be added to your order. Please feel free to call (540)343-0551 if you need any assistance in this regard or would like to clarify any details on your order. NEXT DAY AIR ORDERS PLACED ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY WILL SHIP ON MONDAY FOR SCHEDULED DELIVERY TUESDAY.

For 2ND BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY: Select USPS as the carrier. Your order will be charged a flat rate of $28.00 for shipping within the continental U.S.

ALASKA AND HAWAII: Select USPS 2nd Day Air. USPS shipping charges will be added to your order (estimate $28.00 based on your location within these states-we will notify you of charge upon order confirmation.)

CANADA: Shipped via USPS Standard Canadian. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $22.00 for all orders. We reserve the right to add shipping charges for orders over 8lbs. Delivery time is generally 6-12 business days.

INTERNATIONAL: The shipping charge is a flat rate of $38. We reserve the right to add shipping charges to the order if shipping costs exceed $38.

Please note, we reserve the right not to ship international orders that do not use a paying internet service provider (e-mail that is a free service.) We may require additional information before processing your order, and if the information which we receive is not satisfactory, we reserve the right not to ship the order.




ADDRESS VERIFICATION:Please note we reserve the right to ask the customer for additional information prior to shipping if the billing address of the customer does not match the billing address on the credit card used. If the customer is unable to verify the correct billing address, name and/or phone number for the billing address we reserve the right not to ship the merchandise or process the order. We provide this service as a further protection and security for our customers.


GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE: For that extra-special touch we offer a gift wrapping service for only $1.50 per gift.

PAYMENT METHOD: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Sales tax is not charged except on applicable items shipped within the state of Virginia.

SAFE AND SECURE SHOPPING: When you use your credit card at Babies and Children, be assured the transaction is secure. Our server uses advanced encryption technology to safeguard your personal information and guarantee privacy. In truth, its safer than shopping at the mall and a lot more convenient!

MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY: Babies and Children will gladly exchange or refund item within 30 days of purchase. Any orders purchased after Oct. 1st can be returned after Christmas of the same year. In order to get proper credit, customers must follow these steps:

ATTENTION: Please include any instructions you have for any exchanges. Also send us your credit card number for proper credit (we destroy all numbers once the order has been initially proccessed). You will not incur any additional shipping charges with exchanges, meaning that you pay to ship the exchanged item(s) to us and we will pay for the shipping back to you.

Please note, if merchandise is damaged, worn or stained no credit will be given.

2.Once we receive the return, your account will be credited.

3. GIFTS: If the item was received as a gift we will issue a store credit to the recipient as long as the request for credit is received within 30 days.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY-PLEASE READ:

Sales are final on:

*Special occasion dresses/outfits/items and holiday items after the holiday (Christmas outfit, Christmas Bib, Easter toy, etc.).

*Sale items purchased for 50% or more off the regular price.
Any initial shipping or wrapping costs, when applicable are not refundable except at the discretion of Babies and Children
